Sketch a rough flipbook, then hand it to an AI video tool as a reference. Draw a page, press D (or →) to flip to a fresh one (the last pages show faintly behind it), and keep going. Everything autosaves in this browser.
Open the AI Prompt Kit (top bar, or P) to add scene and frame notes and copy everything into a prompt. Copy storyboard (Ctrl+Shift+C) puts every frame in one image you can paste straight into the prompt box. Browsers can't copy videos, so for a video reference press Ctrl+E and drag the downloaded MP4 into the tool.
If lines don't get thinner when you press lightly, open your tablet's driver settings and turn on Windows Ink. Browsers only get pen pressure through it. Handy ExpressKey mappings: D flip, A back, Ctrl+Z undo, B / E brush and eraser, [ ] size, Space play.
After selecting with Box (S) or Lasso (Q), or inserting an image: drag a corner to scale (hold Shift to distort freely), a side to stretch or squash, or the round handle on top to rotate (hold Shift to snap to 15°). Hold Alt to scale from the center. Press Enter to stamp it.
Layers stack like sheets of clear film, and every frame shares the same list. Keep your background on its own layer (it starts as “Same on every frame”), draw characters and props on layers above it, then move them with Lasso (Q) or Move layer (V) without touching the scene behind. Picked something on the wrong layer? Click another layer while it's selected to move it there. Color line art from underneath: put the color on a lower layer, and the fill bucket stops at the lines above it.
To animate something moving: draw it, press Shift+D to copy it to a new page, then use Select (S) to drag it a little further. Use “Hold” on a frame to keep it on screen longer, like a scene beat.
Pick the shape of the video you'll generate. This replaces what's on screen, so save first (Ctrl+S) if you want to keep it.
